He graduated from UPENN with a Master's Degree in Engineering in 1999.  At that time, he had been rehabbing his own properties for years and wanted to pursue a career in the real estate field.  

Being a Home Inspector was the perfect fit because he already understood the construction & mechanicals in homes and he always had a passion for teaching.  

Today, David is an ASHI-Certified Home Inspector and President of Keystone ASHI with an impeccable 10 years of inspecting properties and teaching people about the properties they are about to purchase.

David does all the inspections himself, so you don't have to wonder who is coming out!  However, when you call our office, you will often speak with Tina Artigliere, the Marketing & Finance Manager.

Tina received her Bachelor's in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.  She started off her career working for Johnson & Johnson as a Purchasing Negotiator & 
The Vanguard Group as Financial Analyst for the CORE group & Retirement Resource Center.

Tina has been an active Real Estate Investor since 1997, is a Certified Radon Tester (PA DEP #2398), Full-time REALTOR with Stout Associates, & Board Member with 
Diversified Investors Group (DIG) since 1999
